■Canceling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation mail.
Within 7 days of delivery of your shipment, including gifts, you may return any items to us EXCEPT in the following situations:
1) Used, worn or damaged products and products outside/without original packaging, tags removed or missing accessories.
2) Any custom-made or special-order products.
3) Food or tea products .
4) Seconds/imperfect items.
**All shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.
**In case the item you received is defective, we will refund or provide a replacement without any additional fees.

If your shipment is damaged or articles are missing at the time of delivery, please request an investigation by your local post-office by submitting a tracking request form.
The tracking period is six months from the day you receive the “notice of order shipping” e-mail.
This email contains the tracking number.
Depending on the value of the article(s), they may pay a maximum of 2 million yen for your loss.
Please notify us via email as well. We may have information from the shipping agent on this side.
